Report a correction
Email [email protected] with the subject “Correction”. Include:
- The page address (copy it from the browser bar).
- What is wrong and what it should say.
- A source we can check, for example a register entry, a licence certificate, or the provider’s own site. For a lapsed licence, the register link alone is enough.
- Your relationship to the provider, if any.
We acknowledge within three business days and make factual corrections as soon as we can verify them. The page’s “Updated” and “checked” dates change when we do.
Confirm your own listing
Providers can confirm their details by emailing from an address at their own domain, or by sending a photo of the current licence or registration certificate. Confirmed listings show “Provider confirmed”. Confirmation never changes a ranking position and cannot be bought.
Ask to be removed
If you are an individual practitioner and want your profile removed, say so in the email and we will take it down within three business days. Register facts remain available at the source.
