CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties

We’re nearing retirement and looking for a winter home in Jamaica. We chose to work with Ms. Jhaneil Fraser of Century21 because she is the wife of an acquaintance, but the experience was deeply disappointing. We received only automated listings, with no follow-up or effort to meet us during our visit to Jamaica. When we decided to switch agents, Ms. Fraser ignored repeated requests to remove our emails from her MLS account. Her eventual response was rude and unprofessional. Having bought several properties in Canada and the U.S., I’ve never encountered this level of disregard from a real estate professional. Thankfully, we’ve since found a wonderful new agent. I strongly advise expats and foreign buyers to avoid working with Ms. Fraser or this brokerage.
