Dr. Victor Elliott is an Interventional Cardiologist and the Chief Executive Officer at the Partners Interventional Centre of Jamaica (PICJ). He completed his medical degree (MBBS) in 1996 and a Doctorate of Medicine (DM) in Internal Medicine in 2004 from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Elliott further specialized in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Toronto. He was the sole interventional cardiologist in Jamaica’s public health system from 2006 to 2014.
