Professor Minerva Thame

Professor Minerva Thame is a distinguished pediatrician and perinatal specialist affiliated with the University of the West Indies (UWI) in Kingston. She holds the position of Professor of Perinatal and Paediatric Medicine and has contributed extensively to research in maternal and child health. Her work includes studies on pregnancy outcomes, fetal growth, and the health of children born to mothers with sickle cell disease. Professor Thame is also involved in academic leadership, serving as the Director of Graduate Studies and Research at UWI.
